hey how can i install this icons, i tried iconpackage and icon tweaker, didnt work. Any other way to install em?

The package works with the program StyleXP, but if you have IconPackager you can create a set by dragging the file over WinZip (the ZwartVista.iconzip file) and using the icons. Hope that helps.

You can unzip the file, then drag and drop it again in WinZip and you'll see all the .ico files.

Is there a way to install icon packages without a third party program, or maybe a freeware one. Otherwise, great icons.
